Leaf litter in the gutter can wash toward a tank inlet, or sit against solar panels. Clearing the gutter is the maintenance. We do not treat tank water, and we do not quote a change in panel output.

What collects on a Hills roof
Eucalypt leaves, bark, jacaranda flowers, and ordinary dust break down in a gutter that stays wet. In heavy rain that debris can wash toward a tank inlet or a first-flush diverter.
Tanks
We clean the gutters that feed the roof drainage. We do not dose tanks, and we do not quote water quality. If a diverter or an inlet screen is blocked with leaf litter, say so on the enquiry. We look at the gutter side of it.
Solar panels
Leaves piled against the low edge of an array are a gutter and roof-edge job. Ask us to quote a panel wash with the gutter clean if you want one. We do not quote a power figure.

Say if the house has a tank, panels, or both. We quote the gutter clean. Add the panel wash if you want it.
